T-Rubber Co., Ltd. is China’s well-known company for manufacturing and researching aircraft tires, safety tires and special rubber products. T-Rubber owns many famous brands such as PEACE DOVE, SILVER ELEPHANT, SUNG JIN, and SANHUAN.

Between 2006 and 2009, T-Rubber acquired and restructured Shenyang T-Rubber Tire Co., Ltd (formerly Shenyang No.3 Rubber Factory), Shenyang Silver Elephant Rubber Products Co., Ltd (combination of Shenyang Rubber Hose Factory and Shenyang Rubber Products Factory) and Shenyang Star Chemical Co., Ltd (Sino-Korea Joint Venture Company). Through the integration of superior assets and featured products, brand new special tires and non-tire rubber products manufacturing enterprise was established in Rubber Industrial Park which locates at Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

T-Rubber is present covers an area of 127000m2 with construction area 58000m2, has 500 employees, and operates 400 facilities and 79 inspection equipment.

T-Rubber’s leading products are special tires, and railway or mining rubber products. Thousands of products in different specifications cover aircraft tires (aircraft radial tires), safety tires, special tires, automobile tires, caterpillar tank road tires, brake hoses, molded products (seals, locomotive components).

T-Rubber’s annual output is 500 thousand tires, 300 thousand brake hoses, and 500 thousand molded products. T-Rubber’s products are widely used in aviation, special equipment, highway, railway, urban rail system, locomotive and automobile manufacturing, which make significant contributions to the development of the national economy and defense.

Tire products were ISO9000-1987 certified in 1993, which was earlier than others in the same industry, GJB9001A-2001 (China Military Standard) certified in 2002 and CCC (China Compulsory Certification) certified in 2003. Railway and mining products were GB/T19001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008, IDT) certified in 2011. Brake hose assemblies and brake cylinder rubber cups were CRCC (China Railway Test & Certification Center) certified in 2012. Wire reinforced hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies obtained Industrial Production Manufacture License in 2013.
